Gary Anspach, EA, a Principal of Anspach Financial Group, has owned a tax practice since 1979. He provides tax and related services to individuals, businesses, estates and trusts, specializing in business planning and complex tax issues.

Gary is active in the community, serving on the boards of directors for local non-profit professional, educational, environmental and social equity organizations. He has chaired the Boards of the North Bay Chapter of CSEA (California Society of Enrolled Agents), San Rafael City Schools, Marin County School Volunteers, Conservation Corps North Bay and Spectrum LGBT Center. Gary has received local, state and national awards for his volunteer contributions. He continues to be an active leader in his local, state and national professional organizations.


Jackie Thomson, EA, CFP® is both a founder and Principal of Anspach Financial Group. She received her Enrolled Agent credential in 1988 and began to build her tax practice in Sausalito, later moving her offices to Mill Valley and San Rafael. She works with individual tax issues as well as those pertaining to small businesses, trusts and estates. Jackie is also a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner, and she offers fee only financial planning as a separate engagement from tax preparation and advisory services.

Jackie was named Enrolled Agent of the Year by CSEA in 2010 and was presented with the President’s Award by NAEA in 2011. She is also an active member of the Financial Women’s Association, Financial Planning Association and the Marin County Estate Planning Council.

 


Adam Ladwig, EA, a Principal at Anspach Financial Group, joined the firm in 2009. He had previously practiced as a Senior Auditor at Miller Cooper & Co. in Chicago after receiving his accounting and business education at Northwestern University.

Adam is a Board Member of the North Bay Chapter of CSEA, a founding member of the 100+ People Who Care Marin giving circle, and is a volunteer with the Marin County Bicycle Coalition. He has received a statewide award for his work with CSEA and a Local Hero Award for his mountain bike advocacy. Adam is an avid cyclist and can often be seen commuting on his bicycle from his home in Novato.


Cristina Reyes-Turner, CTEC, Notary Public, the Office Manager at Anspach Financial Group, joined the firm in 2012. She has a wide range of experience from managing retail locations to serving as a customer service manager of a footwear manufacturer.

Cristina is active in her community serving as a mentor to children through the Religious Education Program at St. Patrick’s of Larkspur. When she’s not volunteering her free time with her Parish, she’s likely on adventures near and far with her husband and two sons, eating and exploring.
